Part 1: Business & Mindset Foundations
So many business owners, myself included, struggle because we don't know what the coaching business model really looks like and how it can scale. This makes it easy to get distracted, fall victim to shiny object syndrome, and get confused looking at someone else on Chapter 13 when you're still on the prologue.
The other critical part to entrepreneurial success, and the one thing that will lead to your demise, has nothing to do with figuring out "how" to do the thing, and everything to do with whether you think you can or think you can't. Whether you let what other people think (or even what you think other people will think) of you stand in the way of your building the business and life of your dreams. And whether you let comparisonitis, lack of patience, and shiny object syndrome get the best of you or not.
I give you these tools inside WCB early on, because I know they will come up even while we work to narrow in on your niche, build your life-changing program, and then market, sell, and deliver that program to your clients.
The truth is, building your business, after this point, will be as simple or as difficult as you allow it to be. So much of what makes business hard depends on how difficult we make it in our head.
"It's hard to show up consistently on social media," "It's hard to stop caring what others might think about me trying to build a business helping people with their money," "It's hard to find my ideal clients," "It's hard to sell my program," "It's hard to get people to buy my program," "It's hard to stand out from the competition," "It's hard to know what to do" - all of this is actually pretty simple to figure out if you choose to stay focused, committed, and decide that it's going to be simple.
Part 2: Niche & Program Creation
The most important phase of the blueprint is when we dig into your ideal client profile and validate that there's really a market there that wants and is willing to pay for what you got. Too many people fall short here and only put in half the effort - that's impossible in the WCB because you have me checking in with you, poking holes, and challenging you to rise up to the occasion and get uncomfortable now doing the hard work, so you can smooth sail later.
The program creation is the easy part if you do the niching work effectively. We implement your own signature coaching framework (which makes it super simple to then sell) plus, we have a fun program creation formula to follow inside the WCB that ensures your program is irresistible to your ICP and effective at actually changing their lives.
You'll most likely be selling a program that hasn't been built yet - which is a GOOD thing for both you and your new clients - because building out your program in the early stages should really be a co-creation process, not a guess, build, cross you fingers to see if it sells, and then reflect and have a lot of time wasted.
Part 3: Marketing & Sales
The WCB equips you with the most critical foundational elements of how to turn a stranger into a paying client. You could call this a "sales funnel" but it's so much more simple than writing up an entire webinar, drafting 27 emails, and having next to no idea if the entire funnel you spent probably 2 months building is really going to be effective.
Instead, I teach you the 3 C's Marketing Method, how to implement each C, masterfully, and how, no matter how big your business grows, these 3 C's will remain constant for your business and the effectiveness of your marketing.
Sales is also something you need to master if you want to be a successful and full-time financial coach. It's because it can also be one of the big things that keeps you coaching on a $25 per session basis if you don't master and get comfortable charging more for your service and expertise and know how to manage any objections that may come your way.
We do a lot of work around the sales process, from helping you with your sales mindset to supporting you with real-time feedback as you manage your first sales calls while selling your newly created program. It's some of the best support you could get as a new financial coach on the brink of building your full-time coaching business.
Part 4: Well-Oiled Machine (be a better coach, run a better business)
Learn how to be the best coach to your first clients and gather raving reviews and feedback to improve your program
Raving reviews and referrals turn into new marketing materials and proof as to your program's effectiveness and give people reassurance to sign up to work with you
This part of the program also helps you to understand the systems to implement to help your business scale so you can see the sustainability of it, and feel supported while you scale with it.
Along with these key parts to building a business, what helps to ensure you will soon have a full-time coaching business after completing The Wealthy Coach Blueprint is all the accountability and support that is poured into it.
There's no falling off the face of the earth and just giving up half-way through (admit it, we've all done it at one point or another). In this round of the blueprint, you'll be held accountable to me and my team, and also a small and intimate team of fellow money coaches who are going through the same process as you. It's one thing to commit to yourself, but being committed to a coach and your peers, will help ensure that you will follow through on the work and stay on target.
Because the blueprint is a hybrid model of a group program and intimate coaching, you can also take it at your own pace and speed, while being held accountable to completing it in due time and not drag it out longer than it needs to.
