In this week's episode, I'm going to teach you how to develop your very own coaching framework and show you what makes it so powerful.

I wish I had implemented my framework earlier because it would have made selling my services easier, helped me understand what comes next when working with a client, and helped me feel like I had created something that was my own and more legitimate.

So, what is a framework?

It’s a process or a system (such as my 8-phase blueprint that I take you through to build your booked out money coaching business) that is a step-by-step process for how your client gets from where they’re currently at to where they want to be.

It’s like writing a research paper where you create an outline first. The outline is your framework, because it’s where you’ve identified the step-by-step process of HOW someone gets through the transformation.

How to build your framework:

  1. Know what your ICP really wants to achieve (tangible is best) and know exactly where they are starting from.

  2. Define the steps they need to take to get from A (where they are now) to B (where they want to go). I like to work backwards. This will ultimately outline the transformation your ideal client will be going through.

  3. These steps make up your framework! Perhaps it's a 3-step savings strategy, a 6-month money makers method, or an 8-phase wealthy coach blueprint!

Now that you have your framework, and you named it, this makes you the founder of something that's perfectly suited to help solve your ideal clients’ biggest problems and help them achieve their goals!

You've taken "money coaching" - something a bit hard to grasp and understand the value someone will get out of it other than 6 hours with you - and you've turned it into a tangible step-by-step framework that your client will be able to visualize themselves going through each of the steps and getting full support from you along the way.

When you focus on selling your framework as the main part of your program, you're no longer selling your hours - you're selling the transformation to your client.

This will immediately elevate the perceived value of your program to your potential clients - and make it SO much easier to sell.

And for you - it will make your life as a coach SO much easier to deliver your coaching, know where you're at when working with your client, and help you know exactly what you need to prepare, talk about, and expect for each of your coaching sessions.
